I have a strange issue whereby they Engine management light comes on if I unlock the car using the remote control.
If I clear the light and open the car using the key manually then the EML does not come on when I start the engine. If unlocked using the remote control the EML comes on when the engine is started!
Faulty PCB in key, CCU at fault, any other ideas?
Also I have intermittent starting issues, engine didn't start until the 4th time of trying this morning.
