Removing dashboard lower panel [How To?]

Hello,

I would like to know how to remove the driver's lower panel of the dashboard (the big plastic part under the steering wheel).

Do I need any tool to do it ?
I'm not a good DIY man and I've not a lot of tools so I prefer asking before breaking something.

Thank you for your answer :).

Here is the diagram.

2 torq bolts. The right one is covered by the drivers foot guide on the a pillar. You just need to press the top of this panel towards the outside of the car and you can access the bolt. Put a bit of blutac of vaseline on the bit to stick the bolt to it preventing it dropping down behind. Once both bolts out pull the lower panel away from the dash to release the spring clips. As you start to lower it disconnect the service flap release handle and also the obdii socket. Refit it reverse and make sure you slide it onto the forked plastic, refit the obdii and release handle.
