If you don't have VCDS (or simply don't want to use it) the following should help. I haven't "analysed this to death" so you might have to use some "trial and error". Also you can reset the service indicator on a DIS or non-DIS car like this. PLEASE only do this if you really have serviced...

Even says how to in the user manual. Again only if you really have SERVICED the car to a standard equal to or better than Audi specifies. That includes coolant and brake fluids.
