Hi everyone,

Not sure if anyone's read some of my whinging posts over the past couple of days but thought that if anyone from Audi ever reads this I would like them to know how pleased I've been with their roadside assistance.

It's a lot easier to complain than give priase but over the last few days the RA chap has excelled himself.

Well done and thanks for the great service.

Cheers!!

The last time I had to get the RAC out - for a puncture (over a weekend so Audi's own assistance could not come) the RAC man gave me a form to fill in about his service. That is the best way to do it. He was as helpful and friendly as your chap by the sounds of it... there is still some good service in life...

I'd agree with the positive comments above and elsewhere in these Forums regarding Audi Roadside Assistance.
I required assistance late on Sunday after a headlight bulb failed.
10.10 pm phoned Audi Assistance.
10.30 pm RAC patrol arrived.
10.40 pm job done.

Very efficient and polite service from the initial telephone call to the job being completed. It was the nearside bulb which did not require the removal of the headlight to replace the bulb. It was a bit fiddly getting the back cover on but the whole job was done in 5 minutes. I paid the price of the bulb.
Very satisfied and impressed with the service.
