Scrappage Again !!

Yet another A2 falls victim to car dealer scrappage...……….2004 1.4 TDi Misano Red Colour Storm in the breakers that backs onto my workshops, unmarked perfect paint very little wear on switches etc...……...Why would you want to scrap a car that is probably far more ecological than the box replacing it?...…...OH I KNOW!! ........dealer greed and profit......…...we will never save this planet while big business chase profits...…..
Don't worry its not gone to waste, Ive bagged all the good stuff ………...

It was on the local breakers facebook page.... the suspension isn't broken (predictive text error) and as I said way too good to scrap...……. I would have given good money to the owner to stopped it being scrapped...…..but dealers don't care all they are interested in is profit...…...
I've had the comfort module, radio, floor mats, door stops, heater controls, petrol flap switch and a few other bits but may have a few bits more...….Im tempted to have the body panels for Project Poppy as they're the same colour and in really goods condition.
Its at Drews, United Downs, Redruth. if anyone local needs any parts...……….but be quick...…….I might have had most of it soon....lol lol......

Thanks for the tip, I've been up and had the mudflaps and wiper plus a few other bits. I'm also having the engine and various pipes etc , as it has a full Audi service history. Hopefully it'll get my project tdi up and running. It really was way to good to scrap. Cheers

nod glad to have helped a fellow club member, not going to be much left of the car soon...…..I've had all the front end panels, and probably most of the other bits you noticed missing, as it's the same colour as project Poppy there seemed a good excuse to grab them just in case someone bumps into me in the future...…....
As you saw way too good to scrap...……......I hate scrappage with a passion!!!
