Service Offered: A2 OSS Sunroof Repair

I Just had Adam fix my OSS and I must say i am thoroughly impressed with both how Pleasant and knowledgable Adam is and the quality of the service. Very rarely do you get to improve something to better than new and that is Exactly what Adam does with his fix and improved bracket, so glad I now have a working roof again when I first got the car I assumed it would be dead forever! Also great to have an A2 enthusiast give your car the once over ;)

Thanks Adam

Hi Ian, my car is being updated on a few interior bits, but they found my opensky with the issues bellow, how can you help please thanks

Ok, I have just tested the OpenSky system. It has a classic fault where the cables become partially detached from the glass panels, meaning that it only opens to about 70% of what it should.

Ian Kleyn, near Heathrow, is the man to speak to.

Update - I'm nearing the completion of the queue now, and with the weather slowly getting colder and wetter, I'm not sure that I'll do many over the winter.
If anyone is thinking of getting a roof repair done, I can fit them in before the winter weather kicks in.

I might be interested to have it done before the winter, but I cannot source a new headliner at the moment (and it really needs replacing, as it has to hold together with pins... Starting to look really dirty as well, so much that I am embarrassed to take people in the car).

Just had the next batch of parts manufactured, so we now have a good supply for all the BSS equipped A2’s out there.

Happy Christmas!
Hi, Although I’m not sure where you’re based I would be interested in your services as my roof doesn’t work. Could I be added to your list. Thanks

Morning,

If you tap on a members username it should show you where they’re located:

This of course depends on how accurate the member has their details on their profile. In the case of Ian I can confirm that it’s a good steer on how far you will need to travel to have a perfectly functioning OSS, doesn’t seem to far at all judging by your stated location either.

Kind regards,

Tom

Hi Kleynie

Please add me to your list for OSS service, and possibly full repair. Only got the car a couple of weeks ago and I notice that the OSS is not sitting right in the closed position, but I haven't been brave enough to try and open it yet, just in case I can't get it closed again. Will try that in the coming days and report back. Thanks
