Last time I had the car serviced it seems the dealer didnt reset the count down and for the last few hundred miles when I turn the car on the 'Service ***miles' has been coming up. It has now changed to just SERVICE! Does anyone know if I can reset this myself without a trip to the dealer?

You can only reset to fixed (10k miles) intervals without specialist tools.

If you have had a variable service done, then the best thing to do would be to do a reset and then get the car serviced again at the end of that countdown and make sure they reset it properly this time.
