Source of vacuum on FSI?

Reading back over the thread a bit, wondering if the vacum source(s) are representative of the throttle state. The vacum to the brake servo is always there, regardless of throttle position. You need a vacum source that is dependant on the throttle being closed, .so, that's after the throttle body?
Just my thoughts, I'm not an expert.
Suggest keeping boost low 'till you get it under control.
Mac.

Thanks for your input Mac. Yes the vacuum needs to come after the throttle body so that it performs in line with the butterfly shutting.

Had a bit of a breakthrough this evening. Very basic solution to the problem, the spring was too weak. As a very temporary measure I stretched the spring in the dump valve to increase its resistance. Now this won’t be a long-term solution as I need to find a apring rated to this setup, but as a temporary measure it’s done the trick. I’ve now got a fully functional blow off valve that isn’t too chavvy and has reduced the back pressure to the turbo to a non audible level. Result ?
