Straight Outta Kempton show ---A2oc club stand

Amazing pics Darren,it's truly shocking how good mobile phones have become!! The Kingfisher Blue 80 S2 Coupe looks interesting. :cool: I'm thinking the reg started with BES,Just wondering if there are anymore pics of it. Any more pics of the A2's?: Oliver liked Darth Vader and the Storm Trooper. :D

Agree Mark, camera-phones have come on significantly. As good as my DSLR which I didn't take due to the leaky boot.

I'll have to check the rest of the pics, not a million more sadly. Darth and Stormy went down well with all the kids; the guys must have been baking. Perhaps a fancy dress theme for our own colour storm owners for the next social... :)

Thanks for the extra pics Darren. :) In all honesty this A2,because i can see the whole car, looks the best car at the show also liking the white BMW 2002 car as i had 3.

In my humble opinion you can't beat the Oem look and what a stunning profile the A2 has!

Another great event for A2oc

Slight delay on the days events, but, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and a great weekend all round, cheers again to A2Sumo and Vonnie for there tireless work in organising, Robin,s TDi 90 had a lovely shine to it, and a great reflection of my roof chopped C/S, oh and careful Robin, looks like Amie's car is about to run you over lol!

Had a fantastic time and great to catch up with everyone. Totally agree, some brilliant pictures from this weekend and it was great to have our cars right near the middle of the show. Big thanks to Mike for letting Lee borrow your lenses (he's definitely got lens envy now). There may be some good pictures in his bunch but he's still going through them. If it's anything like our trip to Rome in 2013, we'll probably never see them LOL.

This is so close to home for me and I know that last year it was chaos getting into the event, are we not planning to attend this year (2018)?

As I say, it is very close to me so I will go along whatever happens, it is also close enough to take the trailer for its first outing.

If the club are not planning on attending are any other local members wanting to attend as individuals?

Hi steve -we are not going to the show this year as most of the people that went last year didn't really enjoy the show. Plus its at a very busy time for socials and as a club we can't go to all of them. Hope you have a good day and hope there are some that can join you. cheers mike

Thanks, I can certainly appreciate that, if it wasn't so geographically close to me it would be too close (timewise) to Audis In the Manor which is a great show for the club to attend.
