Your DIS screen needs fixing! I think it's windscreen washer low warning.

Looks like a Sumo to me ...

Alternatively, as has been said the screen is a bit FUBARed, and it's the screen wash level.
 
In that case, DIS repair beckons I think. The symbol displayed does not resemble the head light failure symbol at all! Mac.

Actually, it pretty much matched the symbol displayed on my DIS. Clearly more than one style exists across the six years of production.
 
DIS repair = just get a new screen from ebay and solder old one out, new one in. Its pretty simple job. When I bought mine, cost was 7EUR.
