Having just spent the weekend at Chatsworth camping, my 'special edition' model highlighted a rather disappointing Audi cost cutting exercise when my wife tried to put in her contact lenses in the passenger seat. The sun visor on the passenger side is 'basic' in every sense of the word and does not contain a mirror. A quick shuffle from one seat to the other soon rectified this, but I want to avoid similar issues in the future and intend to purchase a replacement part forthwith.
I realise that the visor fitted to the 'SE' model probably comes with all of the gubbins to activate the interior light when the mirror is deployed, so I acknowledge that there are at least three variants if you count my 'basic' one. The question is "am I right to presume that all headlining interiors are a standard colour?" I know that the genuine European S-Line, (and Tank), have the black headlining, but is the remaining model range made up of the standard colouring?
Any advice to assist before I submit an email to Vagparts would be most appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
Cheers,
Darren
