The German fusebox joke

I bet Fritz and Hans were "sich selbst pissen" when they decided to rotate the fuseboard through 180 degrees on RHD cars but not re-write the Owners Manual. Das Britisher dip-stickens vil enjoy zee joke... Har, Har! Oh, what an amusing time I've had trying to find out why the cig-lighter socket don't work. I stopped short of riving out all the blade fuses in the process and decided to log on to A2OC Forum instead. Thank you for restoring my sanity.

My recently aquired A2 came without a fuse panel cover, on the back of which one might normally assume there to be a sticker with numbered diagram. But that's probably reversed too.

Anyway... as I need a cover... apart from colour, are they all the same? Same cover design and... vital this... same fuse layout? Anyone got a spare black one?
The blade fuses.... I have plenty of the standard ones, but haven't come across the smaller ones before. So I can order on-line correctly... are they Mini... or Micro?

Here is a picture of the sticker inside my fuse cover. The fuses match up pretty much. ( tdi 75 )

And the fuses are Midi for the larger in the fuse box and Mini for the smaller in the fuse box.

dont forget the most unforgivingly crap fusebox cover clips know to man. to ensure you have to buy a new lid every other time you need to change a fuse.
yes fully agree but I do have a cheap solution to Audi's crap clips. I offer a set of 3D printed clips and fuse holder for £6.50
So, no excuss for not opening the fuse cover :)

Cheers,
Paul

Sounds like I'll be a customer depronman... once I've found a cover.
I couldn't understand why someone would just missplace or throw a cover away. Now I know it's because they break.
