Bit frustrating at the moment, just looked @7Zap water-cooling for Fsi and i can't see a part no for this union. I'm looking for the 4 way or is it a 3 way plastic pipe/manifold pictured with the G13 pink clearly leaking. Anyone able to point to it's part no and where to get one in either plastic or brass aluminium etc? Thanks.

Quite why the parts catalogue is so useless is beyond me, there is no part number for the T piece anywhere! Anyway, for anyone else in need of this part ebay have them from China with a 2 week wait, just type in T piece water hose union. There's a selection in stainless steel or brass in differing sizes, i think it's probably 10mm. Amazon have them also with a delivery next day so i'll try Amazon.

Good news, the 10mm Brass union i ordered turned up. On removing the original plastic union it disintegrated as soon as i tried to take it apart, these things just rot out with the heat cycles of the Fsi. This left plastic sleave in each pipe which needed carefull removing before giving the internal surface a quick rub down with fine sandpaper to clean up the surface ready for installing the new brass T piece union.

On inspection i suspect the 3 hoses aren't the original but most probably replaced a few years before we bought the car in Feb 2018 evidenced by the non original jubilee clips. I took the car out for a 25 mile run and all is dry in this area so a successful repair thankfully. However,...........i noticed a tiny leak around the top radiator hose. I suspect the O ring is the culprit as i changed this big hose arrangement during 2020. This happened to be one of the last of it's kind left at Audi. We have put on another 35,000 miles since then, it's surprising how quickly the miles rack up. Since purchase in Feb 2018 to now we've covered 55,000 enjoyable miles in Pine Green and she's just tuned over 140,500 this evening. I wonder if an O ring can found? Wish me luck......
