Which Wolf oils you used on a2 tdi?

Best I can get edge for is just under £20 for 4 litres where as this oil is £14 for 5lt delivered to my door as against having to go to Costco at Manchester for the edge and then only when they doing it on special offer

50700 (recommended spec for PD diesels?
By all accounts it is a very specific spec for that type of engine.
Not doubting, just trying to get a clear recommendation for members.

It’s 505.01 what was the original PD oil, with 507.00 being the universal spec which is also DPF and long service life friendly which came later.

Could you please share your source?

My car is back on the road.. first time in 4 years it's intended to be on the road for a while. Sorted a bunch of stuff out, too... door cards screwed back on, service indicator reset, pollen filter reseated.. next is the gearchange cables rubbing (too loud!), maybe the stereo and the glovebox... it's good to have it back.

its gone up slightly
I was wrong on the make this is Mannol but to the same spec 504 00 / 507 00

I will stick with / pay a little more for Millers. I’m not sure why other than I like to support British companies making a good quality product that Opie Oils (my trusted source) reckon are top of their game. Irrational perhaps, but then that’s why oil threads can get tedious I guess!

Today I played with some very nice flaps...

Yesterday my father and I journeyed through horrendous weather from Warwickshire up to Penrith in Ella, my fathers other fantastic Aluminium (bodied) vehicle. We avoided motorways of course and the roads were fantastic and the weather meant they had nothing on them fortunately.

Today we travel the remaining 100 miles to do up to Kelso before tomorrow visiting the Jim Clark museum at Duns and then heading home. No A2 involved except for my journey from Gloucestershire to Warwickshire and back though I’m afraid.

It was up to 2017. From 2017 Fuchs replace Castrol as the lubricants supplier for Trade Parts Specialists’ (TPS) Quantum
Yes, that's what i use too and was about to post the same.
I believe it is the Fuchs GT1 Pro C-3 5w30 Longlife rebranded as Quantum

Today I finally managed to remove the N/S Headlight... that D connector has been my tormentor but no more. Then I checked the power steering fluid level and removed and cleaned the Earth Lead near the headlight. It was clean but I brassed wire brushed the lead bolt and chassis and reassembled with a little grease to protect it.
