Just had a quote of £178 back from my local Audi Specialist that I’ve used many times over the past 5 or 6 years

Not Sure the battery light came on just after I picked them up, kept on driving trying to get home and then all hell broke loose red lights on the dash airbag warning light, corner in lights, and then it just cut out. Breakdown service to the test!

So Today
I waved good bye to a car which was fondly known by the name of “project shed “
Before heading off to grave yard which is copart at Wolverhampton, the bones was picked over , ready for the next car
its a sad end for a car which was much loved , and help 2 kids learn to drive, go to uni , and start their grown up lives
It’s also the only car that in my care has ended up at the breakers yard
But some of its parts will live on in others , and in mine

Found that one glow plug was not working. Wanted to change just that one but at local store i didnt found Beru so bought Bosch and changed all 3 because i didnt want to mix differend brands and all glow plugs were changed 7 years ago.
Will see how long Bosch will last.

I’m the opposite...Mine obviously has a smooth grille as an ‘04 car and I’ve been sitting on a slatted grille for ages and can’t decide whether or not to bother swapping them ?
