TPS account

I normally just phone our local TPS outlet - and pre-Covid would go into the office - with the part numbers listed on a piece of paper for the guy at the desk to run through the computer for prices. If I knew I couldn't get substantially cheaper elsewhere I would order then and there (and do so now over the phone), then pick up overnight to a handful of days later. Do some outlets not deal with ordinary motorists?

It's the other way round: they are a trade supplier that would sometimes allow the public to buy from them. Some branches would, some wouldn't. Since Covid most desks have closed and they are deliver-to-trade-premisis only.
