I’ve found the engine undertray that I need on a ‘popular auction site’, just wondering what a fair price to pay would be please?

I believe these may still be available for Audi; if so I would check that and then aim to pay no more than 66-75% incl delivery.

The answer to your question is about £20, even then it will be old and no doubt with some damage, ignoring the problem of expensive shipping costs due to size. Might as well buy new as not that expensive, read this very recent thread, especially post number 7.
