I'm afraid to say it, but the club's vag-com tool is officially AWOL.
The last person to have it was Ade, who as you know was involved in an accident several months ago. Despite several letters via snail mail and also emails, I have been unable to get a response from him in order for him to send it back to me.

So, what do people want to do? If there is enough demand for it, I suggest we perform a repeat of the exercise we did before of raising funds within the club for the purchase of a new one that can be used at club events.

I will also need a volunteer who is preferably based in SE England who is willing to borrow the tool and learn it's functions (sorry, I just don't have time!).

Let me know your thoughts...

A2 TDI Sport Gone but Not Forgotten.

A3 TDI DSG, What do i do with my left arm and leg now ?

Hi Jon,
Yes I believe it is the same plug for all late model Audis. Although it's worth checking compatibility with the vag-com company before I'd plug it in to your new A3!
I'll check if/when we decide to go ahead with the purchase.
