The Readiness result isn't normal. You need a full scan (which picture 1 most certainly isn't) to get to the bottom of the cause.

Is there any other scan tool other than VCDS able to make a full scan of the A2? Cause i am struggling to find someone who has it.
I just own a third party cheap ebay cable with VCDS Lite installed..:(

Probably best to rerun the auto scan. Then select 'Copy Results' on the left. Now open a new Word document (or a Text document if you don't have Word) and paste the scan result into that. You should be seeing a lot more than the very brief list in picture 1.
Do not click 'Clear all DTCs' until you know you have the full scan results saved.

I suspect you didn't run a full scan the first time. Scanning takes some time from when you press 'Start'. Wait for the software to tell you that the scan has finished..
You must have the ignition turned on for this, the engine doesn't need to be running.

Looks like only Engine was scanned and not a full auto scan as everyone else has pointed out.

Auto scan not functional if the VCDS Lite is not registered.

Thank you guys. Since i have to pas mot mid august i will try with cleaning manifold pressure sensor, cleaning egr and throttle body. With the throttle body i am a bit afraid if it can autocalibrate with the batery off procedure as stated on some other threads. Is there any posibility that this procedure wont work since i dont have acces to a registered vcds?

Here's some info on readiness:

It is possible that the required data for readiness is not present, any chance the memory was cleared, like by a flat battery or, a battery disconnectuon? Take a drive, then scan again, there should be new data stored. Mac.

I bought the car last october, since then the battery was never disconected. I will rescan and send the results again

I would leave the EGR and throttle body alone unless you have a problem with them. Clean the sensor but only with a suitable cleaner. Run a tank of super fuel and even add some injector cleaner. Take it for an "Italian tune up". Put it in for its mot and see what they say is wrong rather than just change parts.
