How is the rubber seal which lives under the gear stick gaiter removed?
I have replaced the box for a MZK on Mr grey, and reset the cables but the change is still no where near as nice as our silver and black ones. Pushing the stick forward is the problem 2nd and 4th are fine. I made a small hole in the black rubber gaiter to insert my 5mm pin. I do have a known perfect MZN gearbox (other than casing cracked and leaks oil) so could try the selector from that as I presume they will be the same.
Will try and get some lube into the cables too!
