The rear near side passenger door after it’s been raining when I open the rear door water is storing up until I open the door . As per the picture you can see where the water is. It’s causing some condensation in the car . I can’t see what would stop the water from draining out without having to open the door.

Maybe at some point the inner aluminium cover has been taken off, this will have damaged the seal.
Take off the door card and you will see the aluminium cover.
The water from the outside of the window will run inside the door and will collect at the bottom.

Thanks I’ll take a look

Have a good look at the drain holes in the bottom of the door and give them a clean out. They can hold water until you open the door when the motion causes them to drain.

Back door the seal needed reseating which resolved the back door the front passenger side is leaking as well but the internal seal has perished. Does anyone know where a replacement seal can be purchased or an alternative?

If you can not obtain the genuine stuff from Audi, you could replace it with some good quality ridged self adhesive draught excluder.
