Any tips on getting the heater to fire up even in this hard frost no go have tried ice cube on sensor behind bumper. coolant was changed in summer.
 
Make sure the ECON button is not pressed on your heater panel. The next thing is to have the car scanned with VCDS to show any stored faults.

After getting the car scanned for faults if they are removed should it work. Econ button is off.
 
I cant hear it try to start up it was working fine about 18 months ago not sure if it was after i had a cambelt change that it stopped, also drivers doo microswitch is not working could that cause problems with webasto ie electrical gremlins
