Hi,
My partners A2 Tdi seems to have a lot of rattles and bonking noises coming from the front end when driving around Herne Bay. The reason I mention Herne Bay is that the roads are atrocious. So many potholes! uneven roads and bumps you wouldn't believe! My A2 gets thrown about too but I don't suffer the same noises as hers does though. Well, not yet thankfully
So my question is, what are the most common things to check on the front for wear? I'm thinking shock absorbers and drop links to start with? Its going into her very good local garage to be checked out end of the week but wanted to give them any common issues relative to the A2.
