What does your partner call your car?!

A2on18's

My wife has taken to referencing the A2’s as ‘Noddy’ cars! I’m not sure whether to be offended or whether this is a term of affection, anyway it’s starting to stick for my keeper so may well have to change the subject of my thread!

My other half mentions 'the heap of metal on the drive' from time to time. She also talks about 'lots of woodlice' when we're all parked up together at the socials. I've tried to adjust her opinions but it's just not working! My convertible Volvo gets called 'the lobster' - I'm told that's after the way its top half seems to come off like a shell at the start of the roof opening cycle. The campervan has a proper name though - Myfanwy - and is the object of much affection on her part.

Mine seems to have become known as Audrey, as she’s a old lady, and that name suits apparently, so Audrey it is! 😆

Snap - we have an elderly great aunt in my wife’s family that spawned the name - because the car (a remapped TDi90) is like a souped-up granny wagon!
