What is missing from boot?

Thanks for all of the comments. Was concerned in case something was missing and the dealer had simply transferred all of the boot from a donor car to make it look like a CS (easily done). The original owner is a couple of miles from me so intend on paying home a visit. Also, would like the spare wheel capability if I have the figments already in place.
