What size nut?

What size is the "Double hexagon nut " which holds the rear hub and bearing assembly onto the stub axle? I need to remove the hub to fit new brake shoes and fittings, so need to buy the right sized socket.

Hi Audifan, thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, M20 refers to the internal diameter, i.e. it screws onto a 20mm diameter threaded bolt, stud etc.
What I need is the size of socket to fit over the nut to remove it.
 
Hi Audifan, I've just been out to measure it and 30mm sounds about right. Sods Law says that the only socket bigger than 27mm that I have is 32mm, which is too big, so 30mm is probably it. Thanks for your help.
