What's your A2's name?

So we have 3 A2

Basil , the 90 TDI , was named for 2 reasons , the 1st was it was definitely “not mint “ and the 2nd was , it’s was very faulty for the early part of my ownship

Project Egg , the 75 tdi , was first called project shed , after the son smashed the front end off it , then it was rear end at a set of traffic lights , however following the engine bay wiring loom fire , and a futher rebuild, it’s was deemed worthy of renaming to “egg “ due to the shape

The final A2 , 1.4 petrol ,which we have owned for around 8 weeks is called squeak , due to a sticking brake callipers on the front ( now fixed ) and the fact when you pull out onto a fast road and try to match other cars speed , the driver makes a squeaking sound ......

Just been reminded while looking at last year's Kimbolton thread, I was originally going to call my crystal blue one 'Doodlebug' No wonder it didn't stick.

My two are Mabel and Barney. My first ever A2 didnt have a name that I can remember. My second one was Austen (after Austen Powers, because he was groovy baby).
Mabel just seemed right for her. When I first saw Barney, I thought he would be Billy. In practice, when I greet him (really hoping that I'm not the only one who does that!), I call him Chunk ?
