Subframe - needs 3 x holes drilling and the steel is VERY hard there. Sharp cobalt steel bit and pref right angle attachment.

Yes, three holes to drill and tapped thread for screws.

There's no need to tap the holes - the OE fixing method is via expander plugs. I would however, deburr, clean and paint the hole to prevent rust.

Absolutely! But I shouldn’t be really given I’ve bot a lovely one with a blown intercooler I’ve still not sorted. Moreover, it’s far to nice for me anyway. That said, in the event you did decide to sell I’m not sure I could resist tbh.
