Which parts should I rescue from my broken 1.4i?

Hello everyone,

A friend just gifted me his broken '00 1.4i - a very fine gift if I say so myself. His wife had ran it without checking the oil, so the engine fell apart on the highway.
Mechanically it's in rough shape and beyond repair now sitting in my driveway. The interior is clean, with the hard touch plastics. I own an '01, so I guess all parts are interchangable.

What should I save before I take it to the scrapyard? I've had trouble with O2-sensors and other sensors on mine, so I'm definitely taking those out. Jacking point covers are coming off as well.

What else is hard to find used these days?

Thanks in advance!

Hand brake button
All the plastics and switches being hard touch are desirable
Does it have dis or cruise control rear electric windows fog lights false floor sports seats any wheels other than 17”

What colour is the interior? I am looking for a Twist/cream interior.
Why not stick another engine in? If that's all that's wrong, its a shame to break it.

The dash, radio, seats, bonnet, bumpers, alternator, starter, headlights, tail lights, wiper arm, alarm button, fuel flap button plus items listed above. As long as it is still a rolling chassis take off as much as you can, as anything you have as a spare may help someone else in your country without having to pay international shipping costs.

bidelsbasen is actually pretty good. Blocket, too.

Might be interested in taking the chassis off your hands... would like to finally build my A2 trailer ;)

I did consider welding 2 rear sections together to make a van trailer?
