Window seal weather gaskets?

Is it possible to remove the rear door outside rubber window gaskets without removing the top door frame or door cards?

I dont want to pull the weather gasket out and then find out i have to dismantle the whole door!

Any chance of a friendly forum member looking at their A2 service DVD to see how these gaskets come out?
