Does anyone know if the revised wiper blade assembly can be 'retro fitted' to older models of A2? On close inspection the mounting appears identical as far as the metal part, differing only from whee the plastic is 'crimped' into the two wiper arms. I only ask because the 'bumping' at standstill can be a little annoying, as is the 'mooing' noise from the egrv ( the dealer has promised a modified mount for this - thanks for the info on this site!)[3]

If you look in the main A2OC website, under the dropdown section of "downloads & news", then select "installation fitting guide", you will find a guide for the 2003 wiper. credit to Lee of shezlee fame for this guide.

What year is your A2?

too late then for the revised wiper fit by Audi, which was 2003 models onwards!. Oh well.

If you are a member of the A2OC, you can get a discount at vagparts who sell the revised wiper.
