the frost symbol appears on your dashboard display, as mine did for the first time today. :shiver:

I also noticed a new 'whining noise' under the bonnet which was hopefully the auxiliary heater kicking in and it also continued after turning the engine off. (He crosses fingers hoping that it is not a malfunctioning compressor etc ).

You want to try living up north! I seem to remember reports of frost at the campsite on the Chatsworth rally show camping meet! -2.5C here in the outskirts of sunny Manchester this morning brrrrrr

So that's what that noise was!!
It actually snowed a bit here in Denmark the other day and the funny thing is that the snow melted just enough to form a thick ice crust on my car, freezing everything shut...grrr.
I have been seeing that little snowflake for at least a week and a half now!
