You don’t know until you buy one

hi Colin, sorry for late reply, a lot going on right now so it’s hard to find time to be a member of the human race let alone a classic car club. I have finally had an op to remove a Carcinoma, walked around with a large number 5 embroidered in stitches on my forehead and at last had them removed yesterday. On Saturdays if you pass the turning on the 442 into Bridgnorth you will see my car parked at the bottom of Bernard’s Hill, I live at 37. good home roasted coffee beans from my espresso machine, brilliant cappuccino but latte art looks like a broken rib cage. Just dial 07782374720 if you need a caffeine fix. MyA2 is now running well, several faults have been fixed but I do have a windscreen wiper problem, the usual earth problem was suspected but my garage was unable to fix it. I have asked the forum for advice, I am I reasonable health but at 86 not very good under the bonnet of a car.

Welcome to the club. You are not a huge distance from WOM Automotive in Stoke [77 miles according to Dr. Google] They will sort your problem with ease, in the event that it proves to be awkward.

Hi Motoman,
Sorry for late reply I’ve been away on holiday in Devon.
Next time I’m in Bridgnorth I will look for your car in Bernards hill,will be nice to meet you.
