18 inch alloys ??????

hi
im in the process of changing my alloys has anyone tried 18's on the A2. iv been down to rtec who said it can be done if the arch's are roled
 
I'd like to see them "roll" the arches seeing as there made of plastic!

However 18's can be made to fit ,and If I remember rightly someone on the continent has fitted 19" wheels.

Ride quality must be dreadful on these though ,its bad enough if you have the standard fit 17's that the sports models have.

thanks for the info i didnt know the archs were plastic. i do mostly motorway driving so i dont think i would be affected by the ride so much. i'll post some pictures after fitting them. they'll go well with the new body kit and tint. cheers
