After many years of A2 ownership by complete chance I found something new that had always been right in front of my nose . Is it just me or had other people not spotted the small fold down sun visor to shield the small piece of windscreen above the mirror ?

It's not just you, or the mirror visor, there's several 'secrets' that many miss. Rear seat buckle towage points and boot release pull spring to mind.

No I had no idea whatsoever that existed and it's something I'll now be looking at or for.

This is not unique to the A2 of course, I had a 2002 VW Polo that had it too.
