A2 tdi London congestion charge 2008.

Are you Euro4?

Just to help everyone find out if they are Euro4 compliant or not......

The Diesels became Euro4 compliant with the introduction of the 2004 model year. The ribbed grill on the front was also introduced with the 2004 model year. So, if your diesel A2 left the factory with a ribbed grill, you are Euro4 compliant.
Petrol models don't meet the 120g/km requirement so have no benefit with respect to the Euro4 complaince (with respect to this congestion charge), even though they were made Euro 4 complaiant from a much earlier date.

1.2 Tdi's are also Euro 4 compliant, whenever they were built.

quite right, I don't want London to be full of Prius. They don't reduce congestion!

And they lost the high court case anyway, so there you go, not much of a choice really.

I would have thought that this in fact means London WILL be full of prius's now since they are and will continue to be exempt, this also means that a 4.7litre V8 Grand Cherokee with lpg conversion but still producing I would have thought more emissions than our A2's will continue to be congestion charge free as well BUT our A2's will have to pay £8.00 Congestion charge which makes me a bit pissed off, but then again I would probably still have bought a A2 anyway as I get over 50mpg commuting into the city from Hillingdon opposed to 18 in the RS
