Air blowing near fuel filter housing

Hi, wonder if someone know if this is normal? I had just replaced the fuel filter on my 1.4Tdi AMF with the Plastic housing and thanks to Depronman(Paul) replaced the broken screw bit to the lid. No leaks but as the car was running and busy packing things away I felt air blowing on my face under the car near the sill area in close vicinity to the fuel filter. I had to move my car to make space for neighbours so did not really get a chance to inspect but now it is bugging me.
Anyone know if this is normal to get a fairly strong flow of air blowing out in that vicinity?
Thanks in Advance

I was thinking that but is not anywhere near it - it was blowing out one of the drainage holes near the sill. I took the car to go check tyres etc and whilst waiting there I had a look again and the air that was blowing earlier seemed to have gone... who knows - on my days off I will get under the car again and just check properly - all else seems fine 👍🏻
