Aircon module lost power

Hi all

I have an 02 plate 1.6SE. Yesterday when I used the car there was no power to the aircon module at all.

I have checked the fuses and this doesnt seem to be the problem.

Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know what this could be. I would take it to the audi garage but they cant fit me in until next week at best and urgently need the car on the road before then (cant drive it far as soon as it starts to steam up I cant see)

If anyone knows what the problem is, can recommend my best course of action, or recommend someone in Milton Keyes area who could help then I would be most grateful.

Hi fundy, welcome to the A2oc
I'm assuming nothing works or lights up on the climate control panel. It's certainly not a common problem so if it was working fine then suddenly went dead the multi pin connector at the back of the unit may have come loose.

thanks for the reply, yes went from normal to as if it has no power to it, assume ill have to find someone who can take it out and check the connections
