hello everybody!

my wife and i just bought a 2003 1.6se FSI. It is cobalt blue, electric windows all around, bench seat in back, climate control...

our other cars are vw polo ( sent back to dealer) and a 1968 Dodge Charger (8 miles per gallon) and 1969 Dodge Dart.

the reason we chose the A2 is that i think it is innovative and unique. I love the looks and the small size yet the interior is spacious.

As a dude who owns classic cars there are very few new cars i think are worthwhile... the A2 is one of them...

We are also expecting twins so we needed a 4-door family car but i hate all the crap people movers out there... i am so glad a car like the A2 exists...

at some point i would like to install a computer and/or MP3 player... we have the 6-cd changer in the boot...

Interesting about the Dart-this was one of the first cars my mum drove after she passed her test in the 80's. I'll scan some pictures of it and post them to you. It was a light blue colour-failry standard maybe?. I remember she had a trouble turning-the UK roads are just to narrow for what it was made for!.

yes the roads here are pretty narrow... i was seriously going to ship the Charger over but after driving for a bit here i realize that the car is just too big...

i have a hard enough time parking it in california...

so for now the Charger is my ride when in america and the A2 in london...

would love to have an A2 in america though!

You're not the first person to say that gerard. We've had several Americans on here enquiring about getting an A2 to the States.

A2's don't make very good sledges:(
