any way to fix a wind blown door?

i think I had the wind kill my door, It closes ok when you slam it into position, but I want it back the way it was, it seems to close low, can I adjust it at all?

you can ajust the hinge, i think its a spline drive not sure

when you open the door you can see the hindges, the screws are the ones that go into the door. They give you a little bit of adjustment but watch you lines, there is another way but that is alot more intense requires door off and on to do that
