I offered Steve S (high Wycombe) for free our 2004 1.4 A2 (no one here can fix it) he says no room so give you a try.
The A2 Nothing can be found wrong but as soon as it hits 20mph a manifold pressure to far from ambient kills it. You name it it has been swapped over from working cars at mine and their expense. Recently an Audi specialist had a new starter motor fitted and of course it was the ignition switch grrrr the rip you off (no one competent) it then did this so the local Bosch guys gave it a go £600 later and plenty of their time swapping bits off other cars in their time we both gave up so were now giving up after owning an A2 (owners since 2005) Its not worth owning VAG living here in North Hampshire unless its main dealer new.
Its in black with A1 wheels a 5 seat VE04SVS to good to crush Do you want it? Mark

It may well become a rescue, the last 3 cars I’ve bought have all been rescued rather than broken. There does come a time though where there’s a necessity for one to be broken….you all need parts

Steve, that’s why you and @Clackers et al provide such a service. You don’t scrap a car that can be saved and when it’s beyond that point, you’re more than fair with the price you charge and will only sell proper parts.
