Not sure but think the issue is the account needs to be a garage and is then for a particular branch. So a generic account for all branches is exactly what TPS moved away from when the stopped selling to the public. Did also hear some garages and dealers were complaining about Joe Public getting cheaper prices and complaining when garages / dealers charged more.
