Assuming the spare key is not one of the originals for the car then only an Audi dealer can code it. This involves hooking the car up to their diagnostic kit which then links to Audi HQ to match the new key to the ECU / immobiliser. This could cost anything from £80 to £150 (Sometimes the garage won't do this unless the have supplied the new key)
