Can't find this sensor

Hello, I have been trying to find the sensor (circled in black) for quite a while. I checked the 7zap file and the valve cover doesn't have it.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me the reference.
Mine is leaking oil and I believe gives me a fault code 00562 - Sensor for Oil Level/Temperature (G266) in VCDS.

Well that certainly will not be the oil level / temp sensor as that is in the sump area.
Engine type would help us.

To me looks more like a camshaft position sensor as it is on the cam cover.

Confident it is the oil pressure switch, check out 036919081D.

Hi Guys I have been reading threads on oil pressure warning lights on the forum and I think I need to have sender changed on a 04, FSI. Is oil pressure sender/sensor and switch the same? I cannot do the job myself as I have no tools and do not have a mechanical brain. Roughly how much...

It’s the oil pressure sensor. A single wire goes into it which often pulls from its connector giving the appearance that the sensor has failed when infact it’s the wire.

Oil pressure switch as above. The one on the car when I bought it was peeing oil through the connector so needed to be replaced ; the failure last year was a break in the wiring upwind of the connector. New sensor and connector - pigtail combination bought off Ebay was a simple fix.
