Catalytic Converter theft.

An A2 is a poor choice for this as it is very close to the ground and the catalyst is smaller than a 4x4 or even a Focus or something...
I guess it is easiest from a Transit or similar?

Surely the A2 cat can't be worth a lot? I have a secondhand manifold / cat from a 1.4 petrol sitting in the garage and I was about to bin it in the house move.
