Chrome on the front skirt

Hi, just registered at these boards

I was wondering how you do this:

The chrome at the bottom skirt that is.

I searched around this forum and other sites on the interweb.
All I could find was this thread .. but my german isn't all that good :/

I just dig the tutorials at this site (altho they need Audi partnumbers), so I hoped that someone (english speaking) ppl had done this already, and could give me some pointers?

Looks alot better. This far I've only been able to find thin chrome strips .. and they didn't look anything even remotely close to that ..
