We have been thinking about retro fitting cruise for a while now. Obviously Skipton01 is the top man and he has legendary expertise in this field, but he lives hundreds of miles away. I’ve been having a look round locally, the Stealers are really expensive and I’m not prepared to pay that much.
I have found and contacted a guy called Gareth “Hazzydayz101” on e-bay. He is London based, living in Middlesex and will come to me to fit with genuine Audi parts. He is a VW technician and has got very good feedback from selling parts and fitting cruise to Audi’s and VW’s.
So my questions are:
1, Has anyone else used this chap?
2, Are there any pitfalls or common mistakes that I should be aware of before letting him play with my A2?
