Does the Audi A2-Caddy still exist?

For those who don't know (and please correct me if I'm wrong or add more information as it's difficult to find out there) the Audi factory in Neckarsulm built one Audi A2-caddy. I can only find mention of it when it was shown at a German A2 club meet in 2005. Does anyone know if it still exists?
Not sure the WordArt graphics on the bonnet have aged that well lol, but it's such a cool and interesting one-off.

It's a beauty for sure, and that openable rear window is a knockout I'd only change the gear knob, the round one feels much better imo, and lumbar support sport seats.
The name would be "mA2ter".

I wonder how much did it cost, how does it handle after cutting all that weight and how does the water leave the trunk
