I agree with Smick. Take it up to Agnews. I have an Allroad and my heart has been broken with the shoddy service from Dublin dealers (not to mention the rip off prices). They were ok when the car was newish and just needed regular servicing. However, it has 90k miles on it now and things like the air suspension have needed attention. Agnews know the car well so there was no hassle.
The first time I heard of variable servicing was when I brought the car up to Agnews. I have never been offered it by a Southern Audi dealer. Probably fear they'll get less money out of their customers.
When I picked up a 03 A2 for my wife, it was straight up to Agnews for a service and the belts. I'm in Donabate, so it's only 90 mins up the road. Plan it well and you can have a nice day out in Belfast to boot.
Hi,
Yes, saw yours one evening coming over the railway bridge about 3 weeks ago. We only have ours about a month so I'm sure you'll see it around.
Also saw a silver one a couple of times. I think it lives in Portrane or maybe somebody who works in the hospital.
We live off the Beaverstown Road beside the golf club.
It's a pity I'm leaving Ireland as I reckon we probably have enough people, North and South to have a social meet and try to get the English people over. Maybe meet in Belfast so the likes of Glock doesn't have so far to travel down from Coleraine.

Hi Smick,
I too have thought about possible ways to bring A2 owners on this side of the Irish Sea together. My first thought was to drive the length of the A2 road, which is the main coast road around Northern Ireland. See attached map. Then I worked out that would take over 7 hours to cover the 239 miles, without stops! Spectacular scenery though...
John.
