I Missed this race as i we where singing in Devon and Cornwall
But its nice to see Jenson did it again :)

This is my worst showing for years i just cant seem to get it right this year
i also have a feeling that the other strategy may have been the right choice ....

Not sure how I manage it! :eek: There is a certain amount of luck to it, and of course a bucket full of experience ;)

If you are a big F1 fan, you should try out the live timings screen from the FIA web site. You can (if watching live) get a real time version of the pit wall screen with all the sector times etc. It makes armchair commentating much easier!!!!! just ask my wife!

If you google "F1 live timings" it comes up as the top link, just register (for free), install the latest version of Java and away you go. It works during practise and qualifying too. Very useful, esp if you have a laptop and can sit in front of the TV with it next to you.

And yes, I am a bit sad :D

It seems this year with the majority dominace of the Red Bull that you either stuck with them from the start as your drivers and are now in a position whereby you can have numerous drivers cost wise under your strategy or your like me and try to spice things up each race and now in a position whereby I can probably only pick 1 or 2 of the first 5 finishers of each race so have no chance of catching up in the leaderboard.

I had thought of the strategy of using my 113 million winnings to pay Kobiyashi to be camikaze and take out the top 6 on the first corner for the next few races and I could name the likes of Senna, Kovalienen, Grassi, Trulli, Glock, Liuzzi and make a barnstorming finish to win. :p
 
OK I Think it offical Vettel won the World Championship
and i think its great that we have another world champion
and so young keeps F1 Exciting ...

Yes, it has been a great season (even if Skips All-stars were languishing in the doldrums).

Many thanks for organising the A2OC league once again Carl - much appreciated.

I was a bit gutted for Webber - he's a great bloke and must surely now be entering the Autumn of his career - it might have been his last chance realistically.

With the likes of McLaren hungry for results, Schumy more settled and in a car that started development 3 months ago, not to mention the likes of Alonso, Webber and Kubica out for wins, 2011 looks to be a fantastic year for F1.

Thanks again Carl, not sure how I managed to be 3rd again!!! I feel like the Lewis Hamilton of the A2OC league, first a couple of years back, but always in the top three (or four).

Looking forward to next year already.

can i echo others in saying thanks carl for doing this and it added fun to this years F1 season for me--just wish i had changed my drivers at the two thirds stage-doh. well done will.i cant help thinking i was lucky in coming second.
